Family Reach Announces Naureen Rajan as Vice President of Advancement

Family Reach has hired Naureen Rajan as the Vice President of Advancement. In this new role, Naureen will work with the leadership team, Board of Directors, and Advancement department to create and manage a comprehensive development strategy and long-term sustainability plan. Her vision and leadership will support the organization’s growth and usher in the next era of impact.

Naureen is a seasoned fundraiser with over 20 years of experience working for nonprofits nationwide. In her previous role as the Vice President of Development for the Armed Services YMCA, Naureen identified revenue growth areas and aligned bold development goals with strategic priorities. She has also held leadership positions at the American Heart Association and Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

Naureen’s passion for being a servant leader and commitment to helping those in need is unparalleled. Before channeling her talents into nonprofit executive roles, Naureen was a Peace Corps volunteer and English teacher in Burkina Faso, West Africa, where she forged strong community ties.
