Presented in front of an exclusive audience, Cooking Live! is a dynamic, interactive fundraiser prepared by an all-star lineup of chefs with the help of celebrity guests and local pediatric patients. On Monday, November 14, we broke all of our fundraising records, bringing in nearly $600,000 at this year’s Cooking Live! New York, where we welcomed many friends, both old and new.
In the round, our National Advisory Board President and celebrity chef Ming Tsai was joined by Masaharu Morimoto, Todd English, Shaun Hergatt, Eric Levine, Brett Portier, Alan Dancyger, and Philip Medora. This talented team did not disappoint and our guests went home having tried an enticing array of food. Special guests Bryant Gumbel and Daya brought extra energy to the room, making our attendees laugh, smile and even sing. For our families battling cancer, it was a night they’ll never forget.

National Advisory Board member Joe Abruzzese received our Leave Your Mark Award for his dedication to our mission. Joe has sponsored countless Family Reach events and turned his annual 100-mile cycling ride in the Hamptons into a Reach Athlete fundraiser. Thank you Joe, for all you do.
