Vice President of Development, Chicago Cubs Charities
Connie Falcone oversees development and philanthropic initiatives for Chicago Cubs Charities. In her role, Connie manages all events and fundraising, working to increase the impact of Chicago Cubs Charities and its programs in the community. Previously, Connie served for 5 years as the Finance and Development Director for Urban Initiatives, a soccer-based youth development nonprofit organization. Before making the switch to nonprofit management, Connie spent 12 years as Executive Vice President at Devers Group Inc., where she cofounded the firm’s private equity investment practice. An attorney, Connie practiced for 3 years at a Denver law firm. She holds a BA from Colorado College, a JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Connie serves on the boards of several Chicago-area nonprofits, including the Catholic Theological Union, Urban Initiatives, and La Lumiere School in La Porte, Indiana. Connie also serves on the Advisory Board of the Rush Neurobehavioral Center and is an avid paddle tennis player.
