Boston, MA – May 29, 2025 – Family Reach is pleased to announce that Megan Tanner has been promoted from Vice President of People and Operations to Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.

Over the past five years at Family Reach, Megan has played a key role in streamlining the organization’s operations and defining a people-first culture. She has evolved the hiring process, led cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiencies, managed financial operations, and supported strategic planning efforts that have positioned Family Reach for long-term sustainability and success.

As COO, Megan will implement the strategic plans to scale the Financial Resource Center, drive operational excellence across departments, oversee performance management, and ensure the team has the tools to work efficiently and effectively.
