  • Participation in an interventional clinical trial based in the US or a US territory

Hawaii Funds - Eligibility Guidelines

  • Currently residing in, or having active treatment, in Hawaii
  • Healthcare professional who can confirm where the patient is receiving treatment.
  • Federal Poverty Level (FPL) of 300% or less — calculate your FPL here.

    Applications will only be reviewed and processed for open funds.

Pediatric Funds - Eligibility Guidelines

  • Currently in active treatment in the US or US territory.
  • Healthcare professional who can confirm where the patient is receiving treatment.
  • Federal Poverty Level (FPL) of 300% or less — calculate your FPL here.
  • Pediatric diagnosis of someone 18 years or younger

Applications will only be reviewed and processed for open funds.

Clinical Trial Funding - Eligibility Guidelines

  • Participation in a clinical trial based in the US or a US territory that is intended to actively treat a cancer diagnosis
  • Expected household income for this year is within 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) — calculate your FPL here

  • Application must be submitted by a member of the healthcare team where the patient is receiving treatment

Applications will only be reviewed and processed for open funds.

Florida Funding - Eligibility Guidelines

  • Lives in or is receiving treatment in the state of Florida
  • Currently in active treatment in the US or US territory
  • Healthcare professional who can confirm diagnosis and treatment information
  • Federal Poverty Level (FPL) of 300% or less — calculate your FPL here

Applications will only be reviewed and processed for open funds.

General Funding - Eligibility Guidelines

  • Currently in active treatment in the US or US territory.
  • Healthcare professional who can confirm where the patient is receiving treatment.
  • Federal Poverty Level (FPL) of 300% or less — calculate your FPL here.

Multiple Myeloma Funding - Eligibility Guidelines

  • Multiple myeloma cancer diagnosis
  • Currently in active treatment in the US or US territory
  • Must be a healthcare professional who can confirm where the patient is receiving treatment
  • Federal Poverty Level (FPL) of 300% or less — calculate your FPL here

Applications will only be reviewed and processed for open funds.

Cervical Cancer Funding - Eligibility Guidelines

  • Cervical cancer diagnosis
  • Currently in active treatment in the US or US territory.
  • Must be a healthcare professional who can confirm where the patient is receiving treatment
  • Federal Poverty Level (FPL) of 300% or less — calculate your FPL here
