Chef Eric has cooked professionally for more than 36 years. He’s worked all over the world, from France to Italy, Japan and beyond and now runs EXQ Consulting. Here he works directly with hotels, restaurants and catering companies helping to prepare menus, concepts and operating procedures. He’s also the owner of the extremely successful Morris Tap & Grill in Randolph, New Jersey.
Known as Daya, three-year-old Dayanara lives in Sunnyvale, California, with her mother, father and two brothers (ages 11 and 19) in a home the family rents. Daya is full of life and personality. She is described by her mom as a, “diverse little lady” whose interests vary greatly. Daya loves tutus and big dresses, but also enjoys playing sports and wrestling around with her dad and brothers. Daya was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in August of 2016. She was immediately transferred to Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford and admitted to the NICU.
Grayson is a bright, ambitious 12 year old and an avid lover of all things camouflage. He’s also courageously battling stage III Hodgkin's lymphoma.
It was August of 2015 when Sydney received the heartbreaking news that she had a grade III inoperable brain tumor. Instead of starting a new school year in her hometown of Nashville, Sydney immediately began radiation followed by a year of bi-weekly chemotherapy. This took the family in a direction they could have never expected and forced them to look at life with a new lens.
