Ed and his wife, Dianne, suffered the tragic loss of their 4-year-old son, Jack, to cancer. After personally experiencing the many under-reported hardships associated with cancer, they sought to bring about greater awareness and give support to other families. With this goal in mind, they began working with the organization, Golf Fights Cancer. In 2009, they were paired with 2 Family Reach founders at a Golf Fights Cancer event and a firm relationship was established. Ed immediately recognized that the Family Reach mission fully encompassed all of the goals he and his wife espoused and wished to bring to fruition. Since that time, the support of both Ed and Dianne has been invaluable.
